This case study details the design journey of the SimplifyHire platform, from initial brainstorming to creating a user-centric, accessible web and mobile application with over 100 features, all while addressing the needs of enterprises, candidates, and neurodiverse users.

  • For Employers: Difficulty finding top talent and navigating cumbersome hiring platforms.

  • For Candidates: A frustrating job search experience with unclear navigation, overwhelming options, and inaccessible interfaces.

Our task was to create an AI-powered platform that streamlined hiring, improved the user experience, and made the process more inclusive.

      • Many platforms failed to fully integrate AI for streamlining candidate matching.

We designed specific features for neurodiverse users, ensuring the platform was accessible for a broader audience. This included:
